Rules and regulations of

01. Holiday Homes & Apartments “Koliber”

  1. Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am (for late check-out please enquiry)
  2. In the event of an earlier departure than on the date booked by you, for reasons beyond our control, the amount charged is non-refundable.
  3. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 6:00 am
  4. Guests bear financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and items inside or outside of the property.
  5. The Landlord will not be responsible for any possessions left by the guests in the holiday homes and/or apartments. Also, all vehicles in the parking area are left at the owners/guests risk.
  6. If you wish to let any third party in at the premises, please enquiry it with the Landlord in advance.
  7. “Guests staying at the Holiday Homes and Apartments “”Koliber”” should keep the property in a technical and sanitary state
    as in on the day of admission. This also applies to barbecue equipment.”
  8. Please report any faults arising during your stay to the Landlord on an ongoing basis.
  9. Smoking is prohibited at all times on our premises.
  10. Please segregate and take the garbage to the designated area.

02. Use of hot tub – health and safety

  1. Children can only use the hot tub with the adults supervision.
  2. When using the hot tub, you must always comply with the instructions for use and instructions & information provided by the owner.
  3. Do not use the hot tub if you have any medical condition which could affect your health, especially the following:
    • heart diseases, hypertension or blood vessels
    • thyroid disease, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions,
    • cancer, acute infections and asthmatic conditions
    • high temperature
    • during menstruation or pregnancy
    • tired, under the influence of alcohol and intoxicants
  4. If you use the hot tub, you affirm that your health conditions allow for this form of recreation. The Landlord cannot be held responsible for any health issues you may suffer whilst staying in the tub.
  5. Before entering the hot tub, please follow the below instructions:
    • remove all metal objects, e.g. jewellery
    • remove glasses and contact lenses
    • thoroughly wash the whole body in the shower with soap
    • take off your shoes
  6. It is forbidden to put any objects (towels, bathrobes, etc.) on or near the stove.
  7. Starting fire in the barrel/stove can only be done by adults. When using the barrel, it is forbidden to use any liquids, essences, oils or other substances.
  8. Do not touch any elements of the stove – they can be very hot!
  9. Smoking and bringing and/or consuming alcohol is prohibited at all times!
  10. Guests using the banya bear financial responsibility for any damage caused by their fault.
  11. A maximum of 6 adults can stay in the banya at a time!
  12. It is advisable to drink mineral waters or juices in moderate amounts (about 0.5-1liter) after leaving the banya.
  13. The Landlord is not responsible for any events arising as a result of breaching these Regulations.
  14. Gues are responsible for all material demage to the hot tub.

03. Use of dry sauna

  1. The sauna can only be used by guests without medical or health conditions. Pregnant women or those who suspect that they may be pregnant, before visiting the sauna, should contact their doctor.
  2. Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant or have any medical condition which could affect your health, especially the following::
    • heart disease, hypertension, strokes, blood vessel diseases, inflammation of internal organs, fever, thyroid disease, epilepsy.
    • Children under 18 years of age, unless supervised by thier parents or guardians – use the sauna at their own risk and responsibility
    • You must not use the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  3. It is not advisable to use the sauna right after the meal. Also, do not use the sauna if you are under stress and tired due to excessive strain on the heart.
  4. The Holiday Homes and Apartments “Koliber” is not responsible for the heath effects of using the sauna.
  5. When heating up the sauna, it is forbidden to touch the stove (except for the stove door) and the chimney, because they are very hot and can cause the skin burns.
  6. Never leave a heated sauna unattended. If you have to leave the sauna, make sure that the fire in the stove has been extinguished.
  7. Children must not approach a heated sauna without adult supervision and can never be left unattended near the sauna.
  8.  It is advisable to drink water regularly to prevent dehydration or other diseases caused by high temperature.
  9. You must not use the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  10. The sauna stove is fired ONLY WITH WOOD. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO PUT IN THE OVEN MATERIALS OTHER THAN WOOD. Care should be taken when fireing in the oven so that the wood is not in the batch collar, it must be on the grate.
  11. The sauna is a non-textile zone. Users must take into account that sauna might be used by naked or incompletely dressed people.
  12.  The sauna must be used naked with the dry towel wrapped around your body. Using swimsuit/speedos in the sauna may retain sweat on your body and cause the skin irritation.
  13. When using sauna, it is recommended to wear flip-flops which must be left before entering the vestibule (DO NOT ENTER THE VESTIBULE AND SAUNA IN SHOES!). Take with you two towels, one used to dry your body and the other as a bench pad.
  14. Before bathing in the sauna, wash the whole body in the shower and then wipe it dry.
  15. Before entering the sauna, remove all metal objects, e.g. glasses and contact lenses because they can cause burns to the skin.
  16. The sauna user bears full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of the acompanied people.
  17. In case of feeling unwell, leave the sauna immediately
  18. You can only use the sauna accompanied by another person. This will allow for immediate help in case of feeling unwell.
  19. It is forbidden to adjust the sauna equipment. Any potential issues regarding the operation of the sauna should be reported to the facility manager.
  20. The Holiday Homes & Apartments “Koliber” is not responsible for any events arising as a result of breaching of these Regulations, as well as for any items left in the sauna.
  21. Guests use the sauna at their own risk and responsibility.
